North Korea’s next nuclear test may come as early as next month, after China’s party congress and ahead of the U.S. midterms, South Korean lawmakers said after a briefing with the National Intelligence Service (NIS) on Wednesday.
The NIS reportedly shared the assessment with two ranking members of the National Assembly’s intelligence committee in the closed-door meeting.
