South Korea cannot provide security guarantees to North Korea but does not seek regime change, ROK President Yoon Suk-yeol said Wednesday.
Yoon’s remarks came just two days after he outlined new details of his “audacious initiative” to provide economic aid to Pyongyang if it denuclearizes, but without addressing the DPRK’s complaints about South Korea’s “hostile policy.”
