Conservative ROK lawmaker and former North Korean diplomat Tae Young-ho has endorsed the Yoon administration’s plan to lift censorship of DPRK state media, stressing that ROK citizens won’t be brainwashed by propaganda.
South Koreans “have an advanced sense and perception” about what kind of information they see, Tae stated in a social media post on Wednesday, rejecting what he said are concerns that allowing access to DPRK propaganda will result in people “becoming swayed by Kim Jong Un.”
