Investigators say they are ‘open to many possibilities’ amid speculation body floated from North Korea

A child was found dead in the Han River near the inter-Korean border on Tuesday, South Korean police have confirmed to NK News.

While local media have speculated the body could have floated from nearby North Korea, the West Ilsan Police Station said investigators have yet to identify the remains, which had already begun to decay.
