North Korea’s multiple rocket launcher (MRL) test on Sunday morning “breached” the inter-Korean military agreement under which the two Koreas promised to stop artillery fire near the maritime border, South Korean president-elect Yoon Suk-yeol said on Tuesday.
Seoul’s Defense Minister Suh Wook and Democratic Party lawmakers immediately rebuked Yoon’s interpretation the same day.
