North Korea’s aerospace sector is “pressing forward” with the development of space launch technologies, state media reported on Sunday, in line with DPRK leader Kim Jong Un’s plans to launch a new reconnaissance satellite.
“Under Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un’s leadership, our nation took on the challenge of becoming a Space Power and is now pressing forward with full-scale peaceful aerospace development,” according to the state-run Voice of Korea (VOK).
