Hundreds of North Korean delegates from around the country will meet on Sept. 28 to discuss local economic development, youth education and other issues at the second Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) session this year, state media announced on Thursday.
The presidium of the SPA also adopted changes to road traffic and forestry laws in a meeting on Tuesday, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
