Contrary to recent media reports, North Korea's Air Koryo has not restarted flights to Beijing and is unsure when flights will resume, an official from the airline told NK News on Friday.
On Thursday, Yonhap News Agency said it noticed flights between Beijing and Pyongyang listed on a timetable posted on the Air Koryo website. Even though online flight trackers showed no sign of the two flights, Yonhap said the timetable meant that Air Koryo could be "in preparation to resume flights to China."
