According to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), North Korean leadership gathered for the 12th Politburo of the year on Tuesday, where they reviewed lists of delegates who were "elected at the conferences of the Party organizations at all levels" nationwide. Officials also decided on the final list of delegates that will be allowed to attend the Party Congress.
