North Korean leader Kim Jong Un commemorated the anniversary of his father's death by visiting the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun in Pyongyang on Thursday, according to the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
It's one of Kim's rare appearances in recent months, but the trip follows the North Korean leader's regular pattern of visiting the palace, where the embalmed bodies of the former DPRK leaders are still displayed.
