Foreign minister Kang Kyung-wha landed in the U.S. over the weekend and dined with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Monday afternoon local time. The trip — albeit planned before Biden won the election — served as an opportunity for Seoul to touch base on the United States’ North Korea policy moving forward.
