North Korean hackers broke into software used by banks and government agencies

Researchers “strongly attribute” the novel attack on a popular security software manager to the DPRK’s Lazarus Group

On Monday, ESET warned that WIZVERA VeraPort, a widespread application that assists with installing custom security software, was compromised by Lazarus hackers.
