Senior officials from Seoul, Pyongyang, Washington and Beijing virtually attended a ministerial ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) on Saturday, a rare meeting of government representatives who are seldom represented together.
During the event, ministers of participating countries "mentioned the need for implementing UNSC resolutions, as well as the agreements between the leaders of South Korea, North Korea and the U.S.," South Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Saturday evening.
