North Korean state media slammed South Korea for allegedly enhancing its military power while pursuing "dialogue and peace," calling Seoul "deceitful" in its outward-facing propaganda website Meari on Sunday.
The state-run Meari outlet alleged that the South is showing its "evil intentions" by revising the U.S.-ROK missile guidelines last week, which now allow Seoul to develop solid-fuel space launch vehicles in the future.
