Speaking to NK News, local residents blame defector-activists for worsening inter-Korean relations

Ever since North Korea turned the joint-liaison office into plumes of smoke on June 16, propaganda launches by defector-activists have transformed into a contentious free speech issue in the South.

Pyongyang partly blamed the unraveling of inter-Korean relations on Seoul’s failure to stop these activists from sending leaflets, rice, USBs, bibles, and other goods over the border.
