A North Korean company has developed a new smartphone app to help users learn Chinese in their spare time, an externally-focused state media outlet reported on Thursday.
The language education apps, named "Chinese Vocabulary Study" 1 and 2, were reportedly recently developed by "Pyongyang Kyemyong Technology Development Company," the DPRK Today website said.
