U.S. President Donald Trump said Americans should be concerned about North Korea due to them having “a lot of nuclear power,” pitching his vision at a campaign event on Thursday of continued peace with the country if elected for another term this November.
The remarks were Trump’s longest on North Korea in months but largely followed his familiar talking points on the country, proclaiming his “very good relationship” with Kim Jong Un and implying a Democratic president would start a war with North Korea.
