China’s top law enforcement envoy led delegation in Pyongyang this week: embassy

Ministry of Public Security foreign cooperation chief Liao Jinrong met Chinese ambassador, other activities unclear

An envoy for foreign cooperation from the top Chinese law enforcement agency paid a visit to North Korea this week, according to the PRC embassy in Pyongyang.

The embassy reported on Thursday that a delegation led by Liao Jinrong, director-general of the International Cooperation Department of China's Ministry of Public Security (MPS), met with PRC Ambassador Li Jinjun on Monday.
