North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in a recent visit to a prominent military-run fishery station strongly criticized top officials from the country's Korean People's Army (KPA) for mismanaging ongoing construction at the site, state media reported Tuesday.
In a read-out of Kim's visit to the August 25 Fishery Station, the DPRK leader was reported to have called out the KPA General Political Department and Ministry of People's Armed Forces (MPAF) for delays in the construction of a new fish-processing site.
