North Korea and Azerbaijan are hoping to expand economic and humanitarian ties, the official website of Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev said Thursday in a report on his meeting in Baku with a visiting DPRK official.
Choe Ryong Hae, who serves as North Korea’s first vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission (SAC) and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA), arrived in Baku Thursday, DPRK state media reported the following day.
