North Korean first lady Ri Sol Ju reappears following four-month absence

Ri Sol Ju had not been seen in public since Sino-DPRK summit in June

North Korea's first lady Ri Sol Ju reappeared alongside husband Kim Jong Un in state media on Wednesday, marking her first public appearance in just over four months.

While not named in coverage by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) of a visit by the DPRK leader to the Mt. Kumgang resort, Ri can be seen accompanying Kim and other top officials on a tour of the resort, at which inter-Korean cooperation has been stalled since 2008.
