A top Venezuelan official in Pyongyang this week said that President Nicolás Maduro will visit North Korea soon, according to a report on the website of the official’s television program.
Often referred to as the second-most powerful man in Venezuela, leader of the delegation in Pyongyang Diosdado Cabello reportedly made the comments in a meeting with top North Korean official Choe Ryong Hae on Wednesday.
