ROK Supreme Court to research DPRK foreign investment law, drawbacks

Research also aims to compare N. Korean investment laws with China's, other socialist countries

The South Korean Supreme Court plans to research North Korea's foreign investment laws and their drawbacks in order to, in part, prepare to support the country's potential legislative improvement, according to a document reviewed by NK News.

The Supreme Court of Korea last week announced its project of researching the "current status and tasks of the North Korean legislative system on foreign investment."
