News North Korea not interested in talks while “military threats” continue: MFADPRK foreign ministry condemns recent "dangerous and unusual military moves" by U.S. and South Korea North Korea has no interest in conducting talks as long as "military threats" by the U.S. and South Korea continue, the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said in a statement released Thursday morning.
