North Korea not interested in talks while “military threats” continue: MFA

DPRK foreign ministry condemns recent "dangerous and unusual military moves" by U.S. and South Korea

North Korea has no interest in conducting talks as long as "military threats" by the U.S. and South Korea continue, the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said in a statement released Thursday morning.

The statement, delivered by a spokesperson for the DPRK foreign ministry, condemned recent joint ROK-U.S. military drills, as well as Seoul's acquisition of new stealth fighter jets and Sunday's cruise missile flight test by the U.S., as "dangerous and unusual military moves."
