A North Korean foreign ministry-linked group released a statement Thursday afternoon condemning Britain, France, and Germany for calling a meeting at the UN earlier this week on recent DPRK missile tests.
The statement, released by the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), was attributed to Kim Son Gyong, who is referred to as an “adviser from the Korea-Europe Association” instead of his reported new role as vice foreign minister.
