North Korean state airline Air Koryo will once again offer direct Pyongyang-Dalian services from July 19, a Western tourist company said on Thursday.
The development follows Xi Jinping's June summit with Kim Jong Un, where a vague pledge was revealed in state media to “expand pragmatic cooperation and bring greater benefits to the people of the two countries.”
