Misjudgement could end in “catastrophic” outcome for N. Korea: Blue House advisor

Moon Chung-in urges U.S., DPRK to exercise "restraint," avoid return to tensions

A “minor” misjudgment by North Korea -- including a satellite launch from the Tongchang-ri test site -- could lead to a "catastrophic" situation, a senior advisor to South Korea's Blue House warned on Tuesday.

Speaking at a press conference in Seoul, special advisor to the South Korean President Moon Chung-in urged both the U.S. and the DPRK to avoid an escalation of tensions in the aftermath of last month's failed summit in Hanoi.
