German freight forwarder silent on North Korea sanctions investigation

Müller + Partner previously linked to companies accused of luxury goods shipments to DPRK

German freight-forwarding company Müller + Partner GmbH failed to respond to multiple inquiries by the United Nations Panel of Experts (PoE) regarding its role in the transport of sanctioned goods to North Korea, the Panel's latest report indicates.

The firm's refusal to respond to the PoE questions is notable because Germany – where it is headquartered – currently chairs the UN's 1718 Committee, tasked with monitoring North Korea sanctions implementation.
