South Korea’s Incheon Port Authority (IPA) will conduct research into the feasibility and profitability of three major inter-Korean cooperation projects early next year, the IPA confirmed to NK News on Monday.
In a phone interview with NK News, an official at the IPA — who wished to remain anonymous — confirmed that it would investigate "action plans" and the feasibility of an inter-Korean cruise program, the modernization of Nampo port, and the importation of North Korean sand from the coastal city of Haeju.
