U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was early Sunday morning reported to be on a flight bound for the North Korean capital, where he is expected to hold talks with DPRK leader Kim Jong Un.
This is his fourth visit to Pyongyang this year, and comes after an abruptly canceled trip in August and a controversial trip in July, where the North Korean leader, counter to U.S. expectations, did not meet Pompeo.
