U.S. Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley on Monday said Moscow was violating UN resolutions on North Korea during an emergency session of the UN Security Council (UNSC).

But during a heated back and forth, Moscow countered earlier remarks from Haley who claimed Russia was pressuring the UN Panel of Experts (PoE) tasked with monitoring DPRK sanctions enforcement into redacting their mid-year report.
