Moscow “outraged” by UN Panel of Experts leak

Russian Foreign Ministry calls for an investigation into the leaks

The Russian Foreign Ministry on Thursday said it was outraged by press leaks of UN documents detailing North Korea's sanctions evasion practices, and called for an investigation into the incident.

Moscow's comments following media reports based on information from the UN Panel of Experts' mid-year report, which is typically not released to the press.
