A Taiwanese man has been charged by local authorities in a case involving illegal oil sales to North Korea, the Taiwan Kaohsiung Prosecutors office confirmed in a press release on Thursday.
The businessman, Chen Shih-hsien, is charged with violations to sections 215 and 216 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of China, which relates to using a business to make false declarations.
