U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will discuss North Korean denuclearization when he travels to Singapore for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) regional forum later this week, a senior State Department official said at a special briefing on Tuesday.
The unnamed official said Singapore would be a venue for Pompeo to attend four different multilateral meetings, including dialogues covering the ASEAN and East Asia summits (EAS) scheduled for November.
