White House says Trump's different stance a reflection of Kim Jong Un's actions

U.S. President Donald Trump's change of tone on North Korea reflects the actions of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, the White House said on Monday during a press briefing.

When asked about the president's contrasting stance, White House Assistant Press secretary Raj Shah said it was due to Kim's actions in "good faith".
