North Korea has informed the UN's International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) that it will no longer fire missiles without warning.
The statement was conveyed to the Directors of ICAO's Air Navigation Bureau and Regional Office for the Asia-Pacific Stephen Creamer and Arun Mishra during a visit to the DPRK between May 7 and May 9 for meetings with local aviation officials.
