South Korean foreign minister to raise North Korean human rights issues at UNHRC

MOFA still reviewing content of minister's speech, spokesperson says

South Korean Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-hwa will deliver a speech on North Korean human rights issues at a meeting of the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) next week, the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) announced on Thursday.

MOFA said Kang will visit Geneva between February 25 and 28 to attend the 37th session of the UNHRC and the Conference on Disarmament (CD).
