Representatives from Moscow’s State Linguistic University (MSLU) and Pyongyang’s University of Foreign Languages (PUFL) signed an academic cooperation agreement, the Russian embassy in North Korea announced on Friday.
According to the embassy, the agreement was signed by MSLU acting President Irina Kraeva and her counterpart and President of PUFL Pak Jong Jin.
