North Korean cabinet discussed plans to overcome sanctions, pursue trade: KCNA

State media reports government ministers also focused on country's "food problem"

The Cabinet of the DPRK recently held an enlarged plenary meeting to discuss means to overcome international sanctions and promote trade "tactically," North Korean state media reported on Tuesday.

The meeting came after the Second Plenum of the 7th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) last month, at which Kim Jong Un was present.
