South Korea has sought to investigate claims of property expropriation at complex

The South Korean government will not be able to bring a delegation of South Korean businessmen to the Kaesong Industrial Complex (KIC), a North Korean state media outlet said on Friday.

The article, published by the website Uriminzokkiri, condemned recent attempts by the South to investigate claims that property at the complex had been expropriated by the North.
