Moon urges new ROK military strategy for “retributions” against the North

DPRK must "fear" South Korea, President tells Armed Forces Day event

South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Thursday called for the military to “significantly develop” its strategy for “thoroughgoing retributions" against North Korea.

Moon said the Republic of Korea's army "must be ready to win," at an event marking the 69th Armed Forces Day, which falls on October 1.
