The United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres on Wednesday said he would be happy to mediate negotiations between members of the Six Party Talks to reach a political solution to what he called a "crisis" on the Korean peninsula.
Speaking at a press conference in New York, Guterres said North Korea must respect UN resolutions, while also calling on member states to fulfill their sanctions enforcement obligations.
