The U.S. Secretary of State is unlikely to meet to North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho at the 24th ASEAN Regional Forum in Manilla due to begin on August 5, according to a Wednesday press release from the State Department.
Manilla's Department of Foreign affairs last week confirmed that the DPRK foreign minister would attend the forum, and the North's recent intercontinental ballistic missile tests are likely to be high on the agenda.
