Russia, China have surrendered to U.S. by supporting sanctions: N. Korean media

In second editorial criticizing Beijing and Moscow in as many days, Rodong attacks "great powers"

North Korean ruling party organ the Rodong Sinmun on Friday accused China and Russia of capitulating to the United States in their support for recent sanctions, in what represents the second attack on Beijing and Moscow by the DPRK's most widely read newspaper in as many days.

"There is no reason to explain any longer that the unfavorable behavior of the big neighboring countries that surrender to the United States... have made tensions escalate on the Korean peninsula," the article argued.
