U.S. President Donald Trump said Washington would "handle" North Korea on Monday, following the DPRK's second test of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) in less than a month.
Speaking at his second full cabinet meeting since coming to office, the U.S. President echoed previous remarks made in April when he said the U.S. would "solve" the North Korean nuclear issue.
