A U.S. review of policy towards North Korea has been completed, an unnamed U.S. official told Reuters on Sunday, just hours after President Donald Trump insisted that Washington could "solve" North Korea unilaterally if circumstances required.
The policy review, which had been underway since at least late February and was led by National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster, concluded that a "multi-pronged approach aimed at tightening the screws on North Korea economically and militarily" would be advisable, the unnamed official told Reuters.
