An estimated 18 million North Koreans continue to have unmet critical humanitarian needs, according to the annual Needs and Priority report published by the Humanitarian Country Team (HCT) on Tuesday.
The estimation by the HCT represents the same number of people in need - across the four sectors of food security, nutrition, health and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) - as in the previous two annual reports.
