North Korea and Libya discuss military cooperation despite sanctions

An agreement would represent breach of UNSC sanctions on DPRK: expert

North Korean and Libyan officials met in Tripoli on Wednesday to discuss increasing military cooperation between the two countries, according to the Information Office of the Libyan Ministry of Defense.

The Office of Information for the Libyan Ministry of Defence published details of the meeting between Minister of Defense Al-Mahdi Al-Barghathi and newly appointed North Korean Ambassador Ju Jin Hyok on its Facebook page.
