Malaysia requests Interpol assist in search for N.Korean suspects

Requests comes on day of North Korean media's first official comment on Kim Jong Nam's death

The Royal Malaysian Police (RMP) has put out an official request to Interpol to assist in a search for four North Korean suspects said to be linked to last week's murder of Kim Jong Nam, local police chief Khalid Abu Bakar told press on Thursday.

The four suspects, named on Sunday as Ri Ji Hyon, Hong Sang Hac, O Jong Gil and Ri Jae Nam, are believed to have already left Malaysia and – according to Channel news Asia – arrived back in North Korea on February 17, five days after the attack on Kim Jong Nam.
