North Korea’s 200-day mass mobilization campaign reached its “victorious conclusion,” on December 15, the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) announced on Sunday.

Despite this, the campaign wound up without the completion of Pyongyang’s Ryomyong Street, state-run media outlets the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) and Rodong Sinmun reported on Monday.

“Our people won a ‘great triumph’ brightly exceeding the goals of the 200-day campaign on a national scale, by boldly defeating a thousand and one difficulties and powerfully struggling for the increase of production and creation,” Rodong Sinmun, an organ of the Workers’ Party of Korea
